ACCOUNT TO ACCOUNT

One place to share

The recipient sees your invitation in the Invitations dropdown at the top of their instructor pages. They can accept or decline.

Send a copy

The copy captures what is saved when you send it, including only the content you choose. Once accepted, it belongs to the recipient.

Collaborate

Both instructors save to the same scenario or visuals. Reopen the latest version to see another instructor’s changes. A conflicting save keeps your draft and asks you to reload.

Existing rooms keep their current snapshot. Only the owner can invite others or remove access.

Sharing both

Attach saved visuals in the scenario editor first. The invitation includes that scenario and its attached visuals.
