THE FOUNDER
Daniel Romano
Founder · Digital Tactical Solutions, LLC
Daniel’s fire-service career began in 2008. His experience spans firefighter, engineer, lieutenant, district chief, and assistant chief roles, with work in incident command, accountability, staffing, and officer development.
That operational perspective shaped the first digital tactical worksheet: a practical way to organize assignments and document the incident as it develops.
The training platform followed so officers could practice command using the same worksheet. DTW Instructor and Scenario Studio connect those exercises to realistic visual conditions, resource dispatch, and repeatable scenarios.

The familiar work of incident command remains with the officer. DTW provides tools for organization, accountability tracking, and documentation, supported by training that builds familiarity before the next response.
