What does the department subscription include?

Your customized operational worksheet and dedicated URL, DTW Instructor, and DTW Scenario Studio are included in one annual DTW Department Subscription. Instructor seats and simultaneous training stations are based on your agreement.

Can I still subscribe individually?

Yes. DTW Scenario Studio is $14.99/month or $149/year. DTW Instructor is $39/month or $399/year and includes Scenario Studio. Individual plans check out securely through Stripe.

How does enrollment work?

Individual enrollment starts with your instructor account and continues to Stripe for payment. Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until canceled. Departments, academies, and training companies request a custom annual quote.

Do officers need a daily login?

The configured department operational worksheet opens from its dedicated URL without a daily officer login. Instructors use their accounts for training tools. Candidates join training rooms with their room code.

Can our department use an invoice or purchase order?

Yes. DTW invoices departments annually and accepts purchase orders. Request department pricing to start a quote.

How do I manage my existing subscription?
