Department subscriptions include a worksheet configured for your department while your annual training subscription is active. DTW will help arrange your department setup.
A few things to know
How does enrollment work?
Instructor is $29/month or $299/year. Instructor Pro is $59/month or $599/year. Monthly subscriptions renew each month; annual subscriptions are billed once per year. Online enrollment, when available, starts with your own instructor account and continues to Stripe for secure payment. Fire departments of every size receive a quote tailored to their training needs. Academies and training companies can also request a custom quote.
Can our department use an invoice or purchase order?
Contact DTW to arrange pricing and discuss your department’s purchasing requirements.
Do candidates need their own subscription?
Candidates connect to an instructor’s training room with its room code and enter their name at a station. They do not need individual instructor accounts.
What if I already use DTW?
Continue using your usual department worksheet and instructor sign-in. Existing accounts keep their current access during the subscription rollout.
What about volunteer departments or private training companies?
Tell us about your program. Our Fire Departments option covers career, combination, and volunteer departments, including 1–2 station departments. Academies and private training companies can request a quote for their classes and instructors.
How do I manage an online subscription?
The account owner can open Plans & Billing from the instructor workspace to manage payment details and cancellation through Stripe. Access continues through the paid subscription term when cancellation is scheduled for renewal.
